Preview: hidden europe 69

Issue 69 of hidden europe will be published on the Ides of March (that’s 15 March 2023 for those who prefer more conventional calendars). In that next issue, we’ll look at a new player on the Norwegian coastal shipping route as Havila Voyages take over many sailings previously run by Hurtigruten, bringing a very modern feel to a very traditional journey.

We shall also have a message in a bottle sent from a Croatian island and articles on the Outer Hebrides and on the Danubian riverlands of northern Bulgaria — the latter a region that we have simply never featured in hidden europe magazine (and there’s not too many of those these days).
