Icebreaker Krassin on the way to Spitsbergen

A dramatic and welcome change in the weather brings clear blue skies and continuous sunshine to the Arctic. The icebreaker Krassin, a Russian vessel, is on the way and perhaps will be the key to rescuing Nobile and his crew. There is news of more exploratory flights by Major Maddalena, who yesterday dropped several packets of food for the Nobile camp. But no news of Amundsen.

The Times in London reported great satisfaction in Italy at the news that Nobile has been located.
