If you take out a subscription from within Europe, you will receive each new issue of hidden europe by the publication day in each month that our magazine is published, beginning with the month you specify in your order. This date varies, but is usually about the fourth day of the month. This is also true for gift subscriptions. Orders from outside Europe might take a little longer to reach you.

hidden europe is usually purchased on a regular subscription basis. However, we also make provision for those who just want to buy a single copy. Purchasing a single issue of our magazine might take up to one week to reach you by post. Delivering a single issue of our magazine to destinations outside Europe could take up to two weeks. We will inform you by email once your order has been shipped.

Payment

We currently offer payment by credit card, cheque (for the United Kingdom), international bank transfer (IBAN and BIC)and direct bank transfer (for Germany). We accept payments in GBP sterling and EUR only. Please note that the ordered issues of hidden europe remain our property until you have paid for them. We will e-mail you with a confirmation of your order that includes the amount we expect you to pay before the magazine is shipped to you. Once we received payment by your chosen payment option, we shall also email (or fax) to you a receipt for your order.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

Should you wish to cancel your subscription to hidden europe, you can do so at any time by contacting us and we shall happily refund you the full cost of any unsent issues.

However, individual copies of hidden europe cannot be returned once they have been dispatched and have safely arrived at the specified delivery address. German law, following the EU directive 97/7/EG of 20 May 1997, specifies that the right to return items and receive a full refund is not applicable to the purchase of newspapers, magazines or journals (§312d BGB).

special subscription offer: Your right to cancel your subscription any time you like still applies with this offer. However, since you receive two free back issues mailed to you together with your first subscription issue, refunds will take into account that you have already received three issues.

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove any information on this site from time to time. The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights and in all cases German law applies.
