Since our launch early last year, we have developed a genuinely pan-European readership and carried — in our magazine and our regular e-newsletter - well over a hundred articles on life, people and places across the continent.

Our brief is Europe wide, and we criss cross the continent to bring our readers the very best of what's new, what's old, what's odd and what's fun. Only occasionally high brow, and often low brow. And us? Two women, who between them have travelled more miles around Europe than most. Two women who want to share their infectious enthusiasm for people and places. We are not tour operators, not travel agents, nor do we have any multinational backers. True, we've written before. Susi is an expert on issues to do with language and identity, and in another incarnation still weaves words about the mediaeval world. Nicky is a geographer who still finds nothing more engaging that a pile of old topographic maps and the Thomas Cook European railway timetable. Today we are both hidden europe.
